Is my data backed up to the cloud?

No. All data is stored locally on your device only. We don't have servers, accounts, or cloud sync. Your data is private and stays on your phone.

What happens to my data if I delete the app?

Deleting the app will remove all locally stored data. We recommend using the PDF export feature to save a copy of your records before uninstalling.

Can I transfer my data to a new phone?

The easiest way is to use iPhone's built-in backup and restore through iCloud or iTunes. This will transfer your app data along with everything else on your phone.

I purchased the app — do I need to pay again on a new device?

No. All AppWorkshop apps are one-time purchases. Sign in to the App Store or Google Play with the same account you used to purchase and restore the app for free.

The PDF export isn't working. What should I do?

Make sure you have at least one reading logged before exporting. If the issue persists, try restarting the app. Contact us at [email protected] if the problem continues.
